Technical Support for Web Hosting

FREE Support: Yes, we do provide 24/7 support services via phone, ticket system, and via email. With our ticket system user information is easily identifiable, traceable and helps speed up providing resolution. Few cases may get delayed based on current severity and priority of existing tickets on queue.

Premium Support: If you find your Ticket/ Issue not related to server issue / other setup issue on our services, still HostASP would like to help you with small fee. Fee would typically be $15 per hour, you could check with support on this. (We're happy to assist you on all technical issues that are HostASP non-related technical issue such as coding issues or deployment issues or build issues or your web app related configuration issues..)
