I need help as am just a beginner in website development. I publish and update my website through webmatrix, but now it is showing error. I am not getting what could be the possible solution for this. Kindly help me in rectifying the error, its urgent.
The error detail is as follows:
Unable to publish. Timed out while attempting to connect to the remote server. This might mean that the Web Management Service (WMSVC) on the remote server is not started, the server failed to respond, or the connection is blocked by a firewall. Error detail: Could not connect to the destination computer ("win11.hostasp.net"). On the destination computer, make sure that Web Deploy is installed and that the required process ("Web Management Service") is started. Hi, First you would need to FIX the problem connecting through Telnet. Which shows that you still have port block in your network. If your Firewall is setup properly and still if you get the message then Ask your ISP to unblock the port. This port cannot be changed as it is bound to Web Deployment Management Services.CEO, Owner of HostASP
