To publish your website (upload the files from your local computer) to your account/server, you need to use some sort of uploading software.

There are many options available. Here are a few options:

A ) FTP Software (Filezilla, WS_FTP, CuteFTP, FlashFXP )

You can download and install on your computer from following links

Before uploading through your FTP software requires following details.

-- FTP SERVER NAME : or ( located in the welcome email )

-- USERNAME : new FTP account. ( After you login to WebsitePanel Create new FTP user)

-- PASSWORD : FTP user password.

Your home page must be placed in the "wwwroot" directory under your domain and must be there one of default documents such as default.aspx or default.asp or"index.htm" or index.html. This is the Default file that the server looks for when someone types your URL: www. in their Web browser.

You could still setup your own default document under website properties inside your WebsitePanel control panel.

C) File Manager

You can also upload files using WebsitePanel File Manager.

1) Login to WebsitePanel ( )

2) Click on your hosting space allocated to you,

3) Now click on File Manager item on left-side under Hosting Space menu.

4) This will list all your domain names you had parked on your ASP.NET Hosting account.

5) Now click the domain listed there and now you would wwwroot folder under your domain name.

6) Click this wwwroot folder and upload all your website files under this folder. This is root folder of your domain name

Please do not delete and recreate the default folders created with your web hosting plan and domain names.
You can add as many new folders and delete and recreate them which you had created them manually and not the default folders on setup. Deleting and recreated default folders might cause some permission missing, in this case you can still get this fixed with our support team.
